As a family-owned business, we understand that parents need help sometimes. Life can get hectic, and it’s hard to find the time to do everything that’s required of us. Between professional responsibilities and household responsibilities, parents don’t always have time for much else. Fuquay Transportation offers the opportunity to hire reliable, trustworthy drivers to help ease that burden. 

Wake County is privy to some of the finest schools in the nation, giving parents a lot of options for the very best education. Whether your kid goes to school nearby or across town, we are able to accommodate the drive. Our customers trust us to bring their kids to and from school, sporting events, and after-school activities. You can schedule our transportation services in advance for repeat events, or you can schedule them as needed. We are happy to be your backup driver when life doesn’t go as planned. 

At Fuquay Transportation, we know how important it is to trust your driver with your most precious cargo. That’s why we have strict background checks for all of our drivers and ensure that everyone we hire is a great fit. 

Our safety standards include:

• In-person interviews and background checks are conducted for all drivers.
• All drivers must have a clean record with a minimum of 5 years of driving experience.
• Vehicles are frequently inspected and receive regular maintenance.
• We are certified and insured in accordance with all state guidelines. 
• Children must always wear seatbelts and/or ride in legally required child seats. 
• We have the transportation insurance required to legally transport minors.
• All child transport reservations must be made by the child’s parent/guardian. 

We can provide transportation for your children anytime day or night. Reservations must be made at least 24-hours in advance for our Kid Shuttle services. If you would like to reserve a ride for recurring events like transporting your child to or from school or sports practices, you can easily make those reservations online or through our app. 

Special booking requirements for our Kid Shuttle services:

• Reservations must be made a minimum of 24-hours in advance. 
• Payment must be made via credit or debit card online. Unlike our other services, cash transactions are not accepted for the Kid Shuttle service.
• The child’s parent/guardian must complete and sign the permission paperwork before the child will be allowed to ride with our drivers. 
• We reserve the right to deny service to a child who has been a disciplinary problem for our drivers in the past. Safety is our top priority, and we value the safety of both our passengers and our drivers. 

At Fuquay Transportation, we pride ourselves on the safety and reliability of our services. You can use our app to see a profile for your child’s driver so you will know exactly who will be driving your child. You will be notified when the driver picks up your child and drops them off at their pre-arranged destination. You can also use the app to track the ride via GPS to see exactly where the driver goes during the ride.
