  1. Can I schedule in advance?

Absolutely! In fact, we encourage it. While we do our best to accommodate same-day and on-demand requests, booking in advance helps guarantee your reservation. You can schedule as far in advance as you like. We work on a first-come, first-served basis.

  1. Do you monitor flight delays?

Yes, we monitor the flight status and have a procedure in place with drivers to arrive at the airport at a specific time depending on if a customer is checking luggage or just have carry on. Delays are no issue. We just adjust the pick up time whether your flight arrives early or late.

  1. What happens if my flight is canceled?

We understand this happens. However, as long as you notify us 1 hour or less before your scheduled pickup time, or keep the booking with us for the newly scheduled flight, there are no fees. Otherwise there is a $25 cancellation fee. If a driver is already on the way or has arrived at the pickup, whether a person’s home or the airport, and then you or your flight cancels, there is a full charge for the reservation.

  1. Can I schedule a ride at 3 AM?

We operate 24/7!

  1. Do you provide transportation after midnight?

Yes, any time is accommodated depending on driver availability.

  1. How much luggage can I bring?

We can accommodate up to 6 large checked luggage and carry-ons at once.

  1. Can I bring my pet?

Yes, we allow pets. Please just let us know ahead of time and if possible, to be either kept in a carrier or on your lap, is appreciated.

  1. Can I book round-trip transportation?

Absolutely! Most customer book both rides before their trip. But you can also call anytime for your return ride.

  1. Do you provide child car seats?

We can! Each car already has a booster seat in the trunk at all times. We do also have a rear or forward facing infant seat that can be requested in advance. No extra charge!

  1. Is your pricing flat-rate?

While it is not a flat-rate, there are no surprises. Rates are based on the zone area of your pickup location and the miles to or from the airport. We program it to the route that is the least miles unless a customer prefers a different way like the 540 route. Tolls are added at the end if this route is taken.

  1. Are tips included?

A minimum 10% tip is included. Customers are free to include more if they wish. Drivers appreciate it.

  1. Can you transport large groups?

Our largest vehicle accommodates 8 passengers.

  1. Can I schedule recurring airport transportation?

Yes. If you need transportation on the same day and at the same time each week, we can set up a recurring reservation for you on our end. While our passenger app does not currently support recurring bookings, our office can create them for qualifying schedules. If your travel dates or times vary, we are happy to book as many reservations as you need in advance. Each reservation is entered individually to ensure your pickup details are accurate.

  1. Do you serve RDU only?

We primarily serve RDU but have traveled to other airports in the surrounding areas including private air strips.
